Remove dependency on the mcs-manager, since it will be gone with xfce 4.6.

Removes mcs as a dependency

This make the xfce-xfcalender-settings.desktop file point to 'orage -p', making the mcs-plugin obsolete.

This is fixed in Orage 4.5.13.9 revision 27043.
