User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; da-DK; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080325 Epiphany/2.20 Firefox/2.0.0.13 Build Identifier: The svn trunk launcher plugin no longer supports drag-drop to launcher items in submenus. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Begin a drag operation with a file from Thunar. 2. Let it hover over a launcher arrow button. Actual Results: Nothing happens; the arrow button doesn't even show drag highlight. Expected Results: The menu pops up, and one can drop the file on one of the launcher items. It worked in Xfce 4.4, that is, it worked before the launcher rewrite. I consider the drag-drop support, in combination with launcher submenus, to be a major strength in the xfce4-panel. xfce4-panel: svn trunk, revision 26867 Glib: 2.14.1-1ubuntu1 GTK+: 2.12.0-1ubuntu3
Reproducable on my machine. Nick, how about this one? ;)
Well the previous implementation was a *huge* hack. But I'll look into it.
Committed in revision 29414. Still a bit of a hack but less worse then the previous implementation.
Thank you, it works perfectly ^_^
