Bug Description: When i rename files, sometimes, on the desktop, i get artifacts left over. See the attached image. The strange thing is, once i started to try and reproduce it, i found it wasn't happening anymore. If it happens again, i'll try to nail it down more to figure out better what's causing it.
Created attachment 1577 refresh artifacts on desktop after rename
This is an xfdesktop bug.
Created attachment 2284 Snapshot of icon not being properly refreshed This bug also affects regular repaint when compositor is off (with compositor there is no expose events so the bug does not show). This is not a drive rissue, this happens with basically all drivers tried. To reproduce: 1) Disable compositor 2) Select an icon 3) move a window over the icon to cause a refresh Snapshot attached.

This should be fixed in git master with the new painting routines. I can't reproduce this anymore with compositor disabled, anyway.
