Hi,

a Debian user reported that exo-open (from Terminal but also from command line) would encode characters in URLs in a way understandable by browsers.

For example:
exo-open https://forum.syscp.org/index.php/topic,679.0.html
vs.
exo-open https://forum.syscp.org/index.php/topic%2C679.0.html

For the record, this one seems fixed in 0.3.100.
