This was reported on Launchpad: https://bug.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunar/+bug/181249
by: https://bugs.launchpad.net/~jarnos

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set Thunar to use the column view.

Actual Results:
I used to get time of day in Date Modified column, but I can not get it there in Thunar 0.8.0.

Expected Results:
There could be option to shwo it or not.

The date format is also a little bit confusing: in 12/11/2006 which is month, 12 or 11? YYYY-MM-DD format would be clearer for me, as an international internet user; in my home country we use DD.MM.YYYY format.
