Orage doesn't run in non Xfce sessions

Orage seems to require xfce-mcs-manager in order to run properly.
This confuses people who try and run it under other desktop env's.

Suggestions:

- Add "OnlyShowIn=XFCE;" to the .desktop file so it doesn't appear as an application under other DE's.

- Make Orage pop up an error about needing xfce-mcs-manager to the user.

- Make Orage run xfce-mcs-manager when it's not running.

- Some other more clever solution. :)

Yes, this seems to be true for Orage 4.4 and older.
Orage 4.5 does not need xfce-mcs-manager anymore. It can be used but Orage is
able to work without.

Fixed in 4.4.3 svn revision 26583.
Added OnlyShowIn=XFCE; as suggested.
Now Orage is not visible in other than Xfce environment.

Note that 4.5 should not be dependent on Xfce in run time.

4.6.0 has no Xfce run time dependencies.
