Jannis? I don't think this is my bug. I do know there are plenty of issues with the file monitoring in XfceMenu...
Comment 3 Jannis Pohlmann editbugs 2008-09-01 10:19:14 CEST
Is this still valid? xfce-mcs-manager is not part of next Xfce. I've changed the target milestone to xfce-4.6alpha because libxfce4menu wasn't part of the 4.4 series at all.
Comment 4 Brian J. Tarricone (not reading bugmail) 2008-09-01 16:59:21 CEST
Yeah, no need to fix this as-is since MCS is gone... tho the underlying bug may still be there.
Comment 5 Jannis Pohlmann editbugs 2008-09-20 01:25:11 CEST
The underlying issue might indeed be still there but IMHO we should close this bug. xfce-mcs-manager is gone indeed and will never be used in combination with libxfce4menu unless someone messes with the dependencies.
Comment 6 Brian J. Tarricone (not reading bugmail) 2008-10-09 00:33:11 CEST
This should be caused by the same issue that caused the crash bug when items are added to/removed from the menu.
