Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter a folder containing large images in e.g. cdrom.


Actual Results:  
Thunar starts to generate thumbnails and it may take loong time, while Thunar does not respond.


There should be option to cancel generation of thumbnails and option not to generate thumbnails automatically.

Consider the way pcmanfm has: configurable upper limit for size of files presented as thumbnails.
