Build Identifier:

A debian user asked if it'd be possible for thunar to respect the sort order configured by LC_COLLATE by default, especially regarding case sensitive search. The user could still edit preferences and set MiscCaseSensitive to the other way if he doesn't like it.

Reproducible: Always

Ehm, yeah, that could be used as default. But how to query this setting from the locale?

I assume gtk/glib sort functions should support LC_COLLATE. I don't really know.
