when a break occurs i leave the pc, if i am not properly timed, i miss one or two minutes of work

the start of the timer should continue at a mousemove or simmilar and stop on inactivity.
the simplest would be to replace the postphone button with a continue button when the time is up.

Well, in that case why do you use the automated way? You can just restart the timer once you're back at work. (You would have to count the iterations by yourself but well..)
