Hi,

The properties dialog, when shown, doesn't block the menu.  Attached is a patch that adds the calls to xfce_panel_plugin_{block,unblock}_menu().  The patch also passes a NULL value instead of a GtkWindow for the creation of the dialog, this way the dialog is centered on the screen as done by most {mcs,panel} plugins.
