A debian user requested to be able to use clipman plugin (selecting the item to paste) from a keybinding. It would be nice to provide this functionality. Regards, -- Yves-Alexis Perez
An Ubuntu user requested the smae thing: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-clipman-plugin/+bug/178320
(In reply to comment #1) > An Ubuntu user requested the smae thing: > https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-clipman-plugin/+bug/178320 I really don't give a fuck at whoever else has bugs in duplicate if it is ALREADY in our bugzilla. You are not helping. Why would I need to know that foo or bar has the same bug if they don't provide patches or else? The comment system is not to lol around or to show people that you are present in this or that distribution…
I'm sorry for this, I just thought that as a developper it might be useful to know what users think of your application. I thought that if a lot of users requested a feature it would be more important than a feature requested by one user among all. That said, I don't think it was necessary to piss on me like this, you could have mailed saying this politely, it would have had the same effect. "The comment system is not to lol around or to show people that you are present in this or that distribution…" Well, I'm just one of the two people in Ubuntu forwarding bugs to XFCE, I'm not trying to lol around or to show off, I just thought I was doing right.

Gosh I was rude here... I'll never forget, sigh. Apologizes have been given a while back now... Anyway, just looking forward to report another bug as duplicate of this one.
