Since revision 26151 of xfce4-panel, when I click on running application button in taskbar, the button starts to flash, but the application window doesn't bring (and button keeps flasing until I switch to application using alt-tab)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install xfce4-panel revision 26151 or later (r26212 is latest right now)
2.open few applications
3.try to switch to any application by clicking on it's button in taskbar

Actual Results:  
the button keeps flashing

Expected Results:  
application window should appear
