This is on an up-to-date svn build (r26201)

I can't reproduce this, I'm afraid. Does xfce4-panel -r work properly?

Hmmm... I can't reproduce it either... It was around the time the new systray got into the panel and I had to restart it each login to get the tray icons to show.

Restarting didn't work at the time so I really had to KILL it...
