In some situations (that I haven't detected, possibly when windows are
maximized) the panel lost his property Always on top (combined with autohide).
Is necessary go to properties, deactivate and activate again the property to
work properly.

Strange. I never saw this. Behaviour that is seemingly random like you describe
is of course very hard to find the cause for.

If you find a way to reproduce it consistently, I'd be very interested to know
about it.

Ok, the panel will always be on top in the next release. The option has been
removed. As a consequence this bug is fixed.
