The xfce settings manager displays two tools called "Window Manager" and "Window Manager Tweaks" that allow one to manipulate the settings for xfwm4. Since it is possible to use xfce with other window managers (e.g., metacity, compiz), it would be nice to have the settings manager automatically disable (and not display) those two tools in the main settings manager window if it detects that xfwm4 is not running. Providing an mcs plugin that would allow one to launch the settings tool for a user-defined window manager would also be desirable.
