CPU icon is missing. Changing icon themes doesn't help either. 

xfce version = 4.4.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Add CPUFreq to a panel with "show cpu icon" box checked.
Actual Results:  
No icon shows up

Expected Results:  
Icon reflecting current cpu load

I haven't reproduced this exact problems, but I've made changes to the way the icon is handled, and I expect this bug to go away thank to them.
