I start a new download and the download window doesn't get focus, but instead flashes in the taskbar. Nothing wrong with that, I think it's much better than it was before. But a request: if you please have it only flash 3 times and then stay highlighted. That's enough to get my attention. The way it is now I cannot go on doing what I was doing because that flashing is Very distracting, and doesn't stop until I click on the window. Reproducible: Always
This used to be the case -- I specifically made it stop flashing. But it seems to have broken at some point. Since we're moving over to libwnck, I don't think we'll have control over this. Maybe a feature request for libwnck? "Blink buttons with urgent/demands attention X times before stopping"?
