I was extracting a file when Xarchiver crashed.

Please try to reproduce the crash, which archive type did you open? Which action did you perform on the archive? From the backtrace you posted I can't understand where the crash occurs, thank you.

I'm going to ask the reporter what archive he was extracting, from the bug report I can see that he has done : xarchiver --extract-to=/tmp /tmp/DpkgTerminalLog.gz
