The reporter has stopped using xfce but he says he could reproduce it every time.

The original reporter on Launchpad just wrote that this was a kile configuration issue (he doesn't experience this crash anymore after removing the ~/.kde folder). I guess this bug can be closed.

Stack trace looks pretty bizarre.  The "fix" for this as reported by the original reporter seems bogus; xfdesktop shouldn't crash no matter what, but I don't see this as ever getting tracked down.
