The notes plugin should move its configuration from ~/.xfce4/ to ~/.config/xfce4/.

eduard: the notes plugin is yours, right?

andrew: for future reference, the notes plugin is maintained over at the
xfce-goodies website, not here.

You got it Brian; I'll make note of it on the forum.

I'd like to have an xfce-goodies component, that would be 'owned' by the
xfce-goodies-dev mailing list.

Unfortunately both me and benny lost the mail admin password for that list, so
until berlios can fix that for us I can't add bugzilla-daemon@xfce.org to the
subscription list ;-)

reassigning to Xfce Panel Plugins product, notes component
Comment 5 Jasper Huijsmans editbugs 2005-03-14 20:12:45 CET
Has been fixed in latest version.
Comment 6 Mike Massonnet editbugs 2007-06-13 11:37:27 CEST
The notes should be stored as plain text files in ~/.cache/notes. This may allow users to get to their notes even without having the plugin at hand.
