I use a lot XFCE with minimized application's icons on the desktop, and I miss the urgent state of a window that I had with the taskbar.

Is it possible to implement something similar about the minimized icons as well?

Thanks for your time.

Reproducible: Always

As an example, Pidgin uses this urgent state to blink some incoming message ate your taskbar, so you can see that there is something new there.

Maybe you could do something alike.

Shouldn't be too hard...
