When you change font size the text of the menu plugin in the panel get cropped beacause its width is not stretched.
As a workaround after in the "panel manager" just change size to get the panel redrawn.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a bigger font size in "UI preferences", in my case at 1280x1024 changing font size from 11 to 13 is enough.


Actual Results:  
i get "Menu Xfc" instead of "Menu Xfce"
