I don't know if the bug lies in xfwm plugin or in xfce-mcs-manager, but you can't enter a name containing / when creating a new shortcuts themes, xfce-mcs-manager segfaults. If you need more informations, please ask (and see initial bug report in debian BTS) Regards, -- Yves-Alexis Perez
Keyboard themes don't exist anymore so I guess this one could be closed
Not sure if “WONTFIX” is the correct reason, but MCS is gone for good.
