You should head to the users mailing list or to the #xfce IRC channel on Freenode, the bugzilla is used to report bugs and not for support questions. Though, you hsould be able to find most informations you are looking for on http://wiki.xfce.org/recommendedapps, and xfce4-screenshooter can be used without a plugin now, so it should be able to replace knapshot without any problems.
