Hello it would be great that Terminal changes its title to the current path, for instance:
If I'm in /usr and I'm root, the title will be root@blabla: /usr

Like in Konsole.

Because currently my title is always the same (login@host: ~), wherever I am.

Reproducible: Always

The terminal emulator doesn't know what's going on inside, it just displays whatever the CLI apps tell it to display. What you want, is up to the shell. See the documentation of your shell or search for tips wrt. setting terminal window title for your shell.
