The following patch simplifies separator.c, we now only have one setting named separator-type, which can be either empty/expand/line/handle (set by a radiobutton). this doesn't solve the bug when set to expand and panel is not full-width, but now you can decide to draw an inactive handle instead of only a simple separator line.

TODO : add a setting to draw pre-4.4 little dots, maybe change the Title of plugin to only "Separator" instead of "Separator or spacing". Make handle active when panel is freely movable ?
