If thumbnail generation failed once, Thunar will never ever retry to generate it at the moment. But sometimes I’d like to let Thunar try again so the only way is to remove everything in ~/.thumbnails/fail/thunar-vfs, but this also causes Thunar to retry generating thumbnails for really hopeless cases. (Which can take a really long time for Thunar to get it.)

Long story short: it would be convenient if Thunar offered something like [Ctrl]/[Shift]+[F5] to refresh the content of a directory and regenerate thumbnails, if possible.

Reproducible: Always
