When you try to browse for a external menu to add to a menu, xfce4-menueditor segfaults. I don't know what other information might be useful; none else was provided.
I can't reproduce this, although I do get a warning about gtk_window_set_transient_for(). If possible could you try to run xfce4-menueditor in gdb and provide a backtrace? $ gdb xfce4-menueditor gdb> run .... *crash* gdb> bt <output of backtrace>
