In my opinion, the squeeze window is too small when I first open squeeze. One I open an archive, I usually have a horizontal scrollbar (and sometimes a vertical scrollbar as well). Stephan suggested the problem is that squeeze does not remember its window size.

Wrappers for integer settings

This patch adds wrappers for xfce_rc_write_int_entry() and xfce_rc_read_int_entry(), which I used in the next patch to store the actual window width and height.
