a lot of the xffm/pixmap/p-*.png files are missing so make says it doesn't
know how to make them.

This patch removes the missing files from Makefile.{am,in}

Please look at this bug entry.I've told edscott about this(among others
things) already,it's near the bottom of the page.To make a long story short
they are messing with how the icons are setup and adding a new default icon
set.
