icons for the xfdesktop-created apps menu cannot be disabled, unlike the panel-created apps menu.

The current workaround of disabling ALL menuicons through .gtkrc-2.0 is unsatisfactory.

The menu lazy-loads icons now, so the performance impact is negligible.  I'm not adding this option back, and it doesn't work in the panel plugin anymore anyway (at least not in SVN trunk).  It's messy to support and there's little reason for it.
