GTK+-2.10.9 on different distributions.. not that it means anything but just to point out anyone should be able to reproduce it.
ah right, xfce4-panel-4.4.0 and fsguard-0.3.0
Could you test with revision 3299. The file manager defaults to Thunar, and I couldn't bring the plugin to crash.
Tested with 0.3.99.1 and I can't reproduce this problem anymore. Thanks and closing..
