Make the title button in the xfwm4 settings manager dragable.
Not dragable out of the box, but just inside of it.
Makes it easier the edit the title button locations.

xfwm4 setting manager patch

This makes the title button in the xfwm4 settings manager dragable.
It also fixed a trace string.
Doesn't change translations strings.
