Thunar should be coherent with Nautilus at least for the very basic mouse actions. Examples: - rubberband selection+shift should behave identically to rubberband+ctrl - drag'n'drop with the middle-button should behave as drag'n'drop with the right-button
Nautilus should be fixed there. Thunar is consistent with the major file managers here (Windows Explorer, Finder, Tracker, ...). If Nautilus isn't, then it's a bug in Nautilus, not in Thunar.
