Opening 'Properties' twice (right-click -> properties) opens a window with only a close button...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 'Properties' (right-click -> properties)
2. Open 'Properties' again without closing the first window (right-click -> properties)
3. Observe a close button...



Expected Results:  
Don't allow the properties to be opened twice...

ok, Mike fixed this by not allowing the menu to be brought up as long as the property dialog is mapped.
