In the description of 4.4.0 it says that there should be CUPS support.  I do not get that option to select in the Printing System Settings.  Can you identify how I can get CUPS enabled in my configuration?

xfprint has to be packaged with the cups backend or compiled with the development headers installed

BTW this is more a mail for the xfce-users ML than a bug report
