I don't know if that's a very bug:

If I resize the window of Terminal, to the restart successive of the application, it forgets its size .... that don't happen for others applications.

That's the expected behavior. You can change the MiscDefaultGeometry if you don't like the default 80x24 (see the hidden options section in the user manual).
