When you open a big amount of terminal in tabs, an arrows appears right and left-side. But you can't click on them.

I have GTK+ 2.10.6.

Looks more like a bug in GTK+, as we simply use GtkNotebook w/o any modifications. Please file a bug to GNOME's bugzilla.
