Hi All,

   On the panel, these is a "Settings" button that opens a dialog with
icons to configure XFce.  To the uninitiated, this causes confusion,
as it is not your system settings.  It does not contain a user manager,
network manager, disk manager, etc..

   To eliminate this confusion, please 

1: rename the icon to "XFce Settings", and

2: add that cute little XFce mouse into the center of the
   icon's wrench and screw driver
