User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: i've tried xfce rc2 on fedora core 6 today and i'd like to report something that i think is a bug, or maybe a misplaced feature. there are two options for the xfce panel - fixed position and freely moveable. if i set the type to moveable, the option to 'autohide' the panel dissapears. if i set the type to fixed, i cannot move the panel. i would like to be able to do what i have now in xfce 4.2 - have the panel docked to the left of the desktop, autohide and be able to move it up and down (but not away from the edge of the desktop) basically i just want the 'autohide' option available when 'freely moveable' is selected. xfce is great, thanks for a stable and fast desktop environment. It's a design decision for the current panel, but since it has been requested before I will make it an enhancement request. I'm afraid this does mean it is probably not going to be implemented soon. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 2591 ***
