Seems that a new build time dependency was recently added, since xfdesktop doesn't build without xsltproc and docbook available on the target system. It's the only module that have this requirement.
I think an approach similar to what Thunar does would be better, ie, depend on xsltproc/docbook only to build the dist tarball.
Yeah, that's what I ended up doing...
