Build Identifier:

If i try to add iconbar to a panel with a fixed width (streched), it is oversized and has much white space. On a panel with variable width it works as it should be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a panel with a fixed width (streched)
2.create a couple of applets on the panel
3.add iconbox between two adjacent applets

Actual Results:
iconbar is oversized, white space along with actual icons

Expected Results:
only icons of launched applications are to be shown. No white space to the right of this icons.

That was a "feature" ;-)

I've added an option to change the expansion behavior in SVN revision 23879. It will be part of the final 4.4.0 release. Thanks for the report.
