hi,

i compile xfce-4.4-rc1 and it is very nice .
but xarchiver extract any arciver with error.but when i chose (extract------>extract files with full path) it
extract right

it is xarchiver-0.4.0 bug .

after that i download and compile xfce-4.4-rc2
but still xarchiver extract any arciver with error.but when i chose (extract------>extract files with full path) it
extract right

it is xarchiver-0.4.2rc2 bug .

when that solve!!.

i use (tar,bz2,gz.zip,unzip,unrar,cpio,lzo) archive type

but the problem (with tar.gz and tar.bz2) archive type (note:big archiver files)

but i can extract with command line(bash,terminal) with no problem .

Extracting files from tar archives WITHOUT their path is obtained with a trick since tar does not support this fully (there is the option --strip-component but you can apply it once so with files nested in more directories is not appropriate). You don't report which error you get but I guess it should be from the mv command; evidently you have a same filename in the archive but contained in  different directories:

/home/foo1/bar
/home/foo2/bar

so when the mv command moves the file bar contained in the foo2 directory from the /tmp directory to the extraxtion directory you chose and the file bar from the foo1 directory was already extracted there you get the error.

To be sure the above happens please report the error you get. Thank you.
