settings manager/panel-settings: opening panel-settings does not focus it

opening panel-settings dialog will not self-focus, i.e. focus stays on settings-manager-window. 
All other setting-dialogs do self-focus.

It is the focus stealing prevention and the thunar dialog has the same problem. Probably because both call the dialog indirectly (through DBUS or through X messages). 

Olivier, do you know of anything that I could do to fix this?

This is supposed to be fixed in SVN however
