the "tabs" in the terminal settings dialog are not switchable/focusable via keyboard. (There is a vertical column of icons which when clicked, behave like tabs in a tabbed dialog. (general, appearance, colors,...) So that "likeliness" should be full - with keyboard too. Once this widget is made completely tabs-like, it can be used elsewhere too. either a) the tab-"list" should be focusable, then move using arrows - like current way for normal (textual) tabs b) use ctrl-tab/ctrl-shift-tab or similar direct shortcut to walk the tabs. This option is more intuitive and probably easier to do. Same applies to normal (textual) tabs widget - it is more intuitive to have 1 single shortcut to walk the tabs instead of focusing the title then using arrows.
You can use <control>+{Page_Up|Page_Down} to change between those tabs. But you need to hit <Tab> first, and another <Tab> is needed in the Shortcuts frame. It will be better if they were switchable without needing extra steps.
Hmmh, is there any news on this? Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis Perez
