didn't open file in archive manager with special signs in it

I used to open a file:H�rbuch - Perry Rhodan - Silber Edition 08 - Festung Atlantis.rar
with the archivemanager but this doesn't work.. after i renamed the file, it worked..
i think its th ö/oe from germany which is an unknown sign in utf8 and makes problems..
i hope to help you, thunar is the very best filemanager =)

2.click right
3.open with filemanager


Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
open the filemanager

Works perfectly here. However, it is important to make sure that all programs use the same encoding. I.e. start Thunar with

 LC_ALL= LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 Thunar /tmp

rename a file to the given file name, and open it. Works. However if file-roller or whatever other archiver you use, uses a different encoding (i.e. ISO-8859-1) it will not be able to decode the URI passed to it from Thunar properly.
