Build Identifier:

I'm trying to set a keyboard shortcut involving windows key (e.g. Super_L+1). After entering the command I have to press the key combination I want to use. But only a single key is saved (in this example either Super_L or 1).
It isn't possible to set a combination of keys invoving Super_L.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open settings manager -> keyboard settings
2. Create a new shortcut, enter command
3. Press keys to use, involving Super_L
