Using Thunar, SVN revision r22968 of both exo and Thunar.

In iconview mode, double click to open pref set. Go to a directory with at least two icons in it.

Click on the first icon. Now try to double click the second icon to open. Note that the item doesn't open until the -third- click.

Running Slackware 10.2, with many addtional packages built from source. Gtk+ 2.8.17
