Of course it's nice if things work, but if compiz or gnome-window-decorator are not session aware, there's nothing xfce4-session can do about it. It must be fixed in compiz/gnome-window-decorator. xfce4-session will restart all applications that are properly registered with the session manager.

As a workaround, you may add those apps to the autostarted applications (-> xfce4-autostart-editor) until they're fixed.

Well your workaround is working so far.
Have created two entries, one for compiz[1] and one for dekorations[2] with following commands:
[1] compiz --replace gconf
[2] gnome-window-decorator

it takes several secons till decotarion apper but it works.

File a bug report to compiz/gnome-window-decorator so the issue will be fixed.
